Guided Online 300 Hour YTT
Join Mandy Lawson E-RYT 500, of Costa Yoga for our completely online Yoga Teacher training. This training will fulfill the requirements of the Yoga Alliance for an RYS-300. Graduates will be able to register as an RYT-500 after this training.
Dates: January 13 - June 30, 2022.
Prerequisites: Each student must have previously completed a Yoga Alliance Recognized 200 hr. YTT.

The training consists of six modules.
In addition there are: required practices throughout the training period, a Karma Yoga project and Practicum requirements. All of the modules, practices and practicum add up to 300 hours.

The modules consist of online reading content, virtual group meetings on Zoom, written assignments, other reading assignments, projects etc.

This price includes all virtual classes, online training resources, PDF of the Costa Yoga manual, and ongoing mentoring with Mandy Lawson.
Not included are the required reading books, binder to store the manual, or technological resources to attend virtual classes.
Training Curriculum
In addition to the modules listed below, daily practices of asana, meditation, pranayama and chanting must be done.
There will also be an eight hour Karma Yoga project done on your own time during the training period.
Practicum and testing: Evaluation will be done via practice teaching. Each student must teach 2 classes on video. Two 90-minute classes in their chosen styles (Vinyasa, Restorative or Yin). There will also be a written exam for the Anatomy portion of the training at the end of that module. There is also a requirement for practice teaching which you will track on your log.
